About Bloom Field
2011 - We invite all our clients, new and old to take some time re visit the grounds at Bloom Field. Your patience during the last few years of construction, and your words of encouragement were truly appreciated.
Bloom Field's History
2003 - What was once an inactive cattle farm blossomed into a destination for those who enjoy a garden adventure. Whether you are a gardener, a chef, planning your wedding, or just like to shop, Bloom Field has something just for you!
2008 - Our new greenhouses were constructed. They are home to more than 2000 plant varieties grown here at Bloom Field.
2009 - A year no one will forget. Designing and constructing a wedding venue for Joey and Katie was a fun, family project, but we recommend you don't try this at home, or if you do perhaps give yourself more than 3 months to create it. We started construction in May and Joe exchanged vows with Katie on August 8, 2009. They are both proud to share this special place with others for educational, horticultural, charity and social events.
Someone said 'Build It And They Will Come!' Joey and Katie's wedding was just the beginning of a new and exciting venture here at Bloom Field. Once SNAP Clarington posted their beautiful wedding photos Brides & Grooms from near and far came to see Bloom Field's Ceremony Gardens and Reception Tent.
2010 - Another year for expansion. Bloom Field was successfully rezoned to allow Wedding Ceremonies and Tented Receptions. To compliment the Ceremony Gardens & Reception Tent a new building was constructed adjacent to the tent. The Bar & Restrooms are conveniently located within this building. Designed with a country wrap-around veranda for the comfort of our guests
The Venue officially opened May 29, 2010 when Bloom Field hosted the 2010 Spring Food & Wine Festival for Big Brothers & Sisters of Clarington.
